## Description

We're seeking a Head of Product to lead Mercury's lending business end-to-end, defining product strategy, growing the business, and owning P&L outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

- Owning the business lending P&L and strategy

- Building and scaling the lending organisation

- Taking products from 0-1 to scale

- Partnering with credit, underwriting, and risk on credit policy

- Managing capital and lending partners

- Balancing growth with regulatory standards

- Aligning the lending ecosystem

Requirements:

- 10+ years in lending or credit products, including significant time in SMB, commercial, or business lending

- 5+ years leading and managing teams of product managers

- Deep command of the full lending lifecycle

- A track record of owning a lending P&L

- Experience launching and scaling lending or credit products

- Experience working with bank partners, lending partners, or capital markets

- Sound judgment in a regulated environment

- A data-driven approach
