Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Leamington Shopping Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, showcasing your product knowledge

This is a part-time, flexible role, working variable shifts including Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays. During peak periods, you may be required to work up to full-time hours.
