## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services including food delivery, financial management, and transportation. The Streaming Data team (Coban) enables seamless and secure real-time access to events or streams, serving as Grab's unified access pattern for real-time data.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work on systems within the team's domain, designing, shipping, operating, and monitoring software systems in a high-quality manner. Your goal is to deliver a system that is secure, reliable, testable, maintainable, extensible, and well-tested.

Key responsibilities:

- Work with the team to make Stream Processing easy, reliable, efficient, and secure across Grab

- Orchestrate and operate the Cloud infrastructure and Compute cluster

- Improve automation and self-served capabilities

- Weigh in on design questions around platformization, infrastructure, observability, and security

- Contribute to the use of Stream Processing across Grab

- Create abstractions, modules, and libraries to lower the barrier of entry to Stream Processing

- Participate in and evolve on-call and incident response procedures

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud infrastructure at scale

- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code like Terraform

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines design and implementation

- Proficient with at least one programming language: Python, Golang, Java, Scala

- Experience with Observability and Monitoring stack (LGTM, ELK, Datadog, or similar)

- Strong English communication skills

- Experience with big-data systems is a plus (especially Kafka and Flink)
