Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Job Schedule:** Part-time **Hours:** Sun 15:00-19:00, Wed and Thu 14:00-18:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm.
