## Description

We are seeking a BUK TESCO Bank IN- Platforms-API Technical Product Owner - VP to collaborate with product owners and technical teams to drive the evolution of our digital landscape.

**Purpose of the role** As a Technical Product Owner, you will utilise your knowledge of the bank's technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.

**Accountabilities**

- Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and technical teams.

- Support development and implementation of product strategy and vision.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements.

- Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.

- Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.

- Stay up-to-date with latest industry technology trends and evaluate new approaches.

**Vice President Expectations**

- Contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change.

- Manage resources, budgets, and policies.

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

- Collaborate with other areas of work to achieve business-aligned support.

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought.

**Requirements**

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of software engineering concepts and system architecture.

- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, AWS, DevOps, or Confluence.

- Understand API Integration.

- Proven experience in Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Retail and Digital Banking, Payments and Card Processing.

- Good understanding of KYC / AML Compliance, Core Banking Systems, Financial Products and Services, and Risk and Regulatory Requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
