## Description

As Brand Home Lead Guide, you'll support the day-to-day running of Talisker Visitor Centre, coordinating tours and guiding the team to deliver outstanding experiences across tours, bar and retail.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily tours and allocate work across the Brand Home Guides team

- Support the management team with day-to-day operations and help ensure consistently high standards of service

- Supervise Brand Home Guides and agency colleagues

- Support retail strategy and visual merchandising

- Help plan and deliver special events throughout the year

- Contribute to community engagement and the Brand Home's sustainability ambitions

- Lead by example, build strong relationships with guests and partners

Requirements:

- Experience leading a team and maintaining high customer-service standards

- Ability to support, motivate and develop colleagues

- Proactive, resilient and open-minded approach

- Experience working towards targets and helping a team deliver against performance goals

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
