We are seeking a caring leader to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at Hamilton Nursing Home in Surbiton. As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will lead and mentor your team to deliver excellent quality outcomes and person-centred care, enhancing the well-being of our residents with independence and choice.

**Job Responsibilities:**
