## Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Market Research professional to support commercial strategy development and alignment. You will evaluate and define product and market opportunities, forecast the impact on overall business, and cultivate external opinion leader relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the development and implementation of market access plans to bring innovative products to China quickly

- Leading projects and partnering with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Market Access

- Developing recommendations for portfolio prioritization and investment

- Coordinating with regional Market teams to maximize new product opportunities for China

- Establishing professional relationships with government authorities and external contacts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or MBA preferred

- At least 2-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- At least 1-2 years of project management experience

- Product management experience preferred

- Strong execution and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively across functions

- Fluent in written and spoken English preferred

- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
