## Description

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in McHenry, MS. As a Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production of precision components and parts for the programmatic and commissioning efforts at Anduril Rocket Motor Systems.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize welding techniques to assemble components, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. (GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, SMAW, & FCAW)

- Perform cutting and machining operations on various materials to fabricate intricate parts.

- Employ a range of fabrication methods to produce high-quality components that meet industry standards.

- Collaborate with engineering to interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate fabrication processes.

- Conduct inspections and quality checks on fabricated parts to guarantee compliance with quality standards.

- Maintain and operate fabrication machinery and equipment

- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols while working with hazardous materials and machinery.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ Years of relevant experience

- Experience in welding, cutting, and general fabrication techniques.

- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

- Skilled in the use of precision and semi-precision measuring tools.

- Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication tasks.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Ability to prioritize and operate within multiple ongoing projects.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in handling materials and operating machinery within an industrial setting.

- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and schedules.

- Willingness to work overtime, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or training in welding, fabrication, or a related field.

- Prior experience in aerospace or defense industries.

- Prior experience working in a prototype or R&D shop.
