## Description

We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a Customer Consultant, you will provide tailored advice to our customers on a wide range of financial products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive financial products

- Build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact

- Take responsibility for customer care in your branch

- Collaborate closely and trustfully with your branch team

- Organize your workday independently and serve as a competent point of contact for your customers on financial matters

**Requirements:**

- Sales talent with enthusiasm for working with people from diverse backgrounds

- Successful commercial training - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales

- Quereinsteiger with a passion for working with people are welcome

- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions

- Strong interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
