## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work part-time, flexible hours: Wednesday 17:00 - 21:00, Friday 18:00 - 22:00, Saturday 17:00 - 21:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and drive sales growth. You'll be digitally confident, using tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. Teamwork and flexibility are essential, as you'll work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.
