## Description

We're seeking a Head of Fundraising to spearhead the development and implementation of a new, unique fundraising operation for Airbnb.org. As the Head of Fundraising, you will cultivate and steward high-value donors to secure significant contributions for Airbnb.org. This role demands strategic vision, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a commitment to maximizing both financial and relational outcomes.

A typical day will involve building a comprehensive fundraising program, developing a portfolio of major donors, and collaborating with our marketing and design teams to build a compelling donor experience. You will also oversee budget oversight and reporting, CRM management, and institutional fundraising efforts.

We're looking for someone with at least 12 years of experience in development and major gifts fundraising, with a proven track record of cultivating and closing six- and seven-figure gifts. You should have a strong understanding of the broader philanthropic landscape, prospect research methodology, and evolving trends in philanthropy.
