## Description

The Software Engineer II will report to the Technical Director at EA Mobile - Slingshot Games (India).

Our team is player-focused and motivated to deliver quality. We aim to create a collaborative environment where everyone's perspective is welcomed and encouraged.

Responsibilities:

- Drive planning and executing new game features.

- Work with designers and product managers to provide world-class experiences to players.

- Mentor junior engineers and help them develop their skills.

- Improve code for performance, focusing on reducing load times and improving frame rates.

- Participate in code reviews and retrospectives to improve our code bases and processes.

- Participate in technical discussions to plan big tech-driven features and roadmap.

- Write good documentation and follow coding standards.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in the video games industry.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Unity, C# & C++.

- Demonstrated proficiency in 3D Math used in games.

- Experience working with player-focused cross-functional teams.

- Experience in plugin integration.

- Knowledge of native Android and iOS development.
