## Description

At Morgan & Morgan, we're a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting people's rights against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods. We're seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee the operation of our HRIS system, UKG.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and modify software and hardware requirements based on changing business needs

- Maintain internal database files and tables, and develop custom reports for company managers and staff

- Provide training to users, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations

- Process employee data, produce HR-related reports, and ensure data integrity and accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

### Data Integrity and Maintenance

- Maintain accurate and consistent employee data in UKG, performing regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies

- Process employee data changes, and quickly learn Morgan & Morgan's organisational structure

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

### Reporting and Analysis

- Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, and build and maintain dashboards to support HR and business operations

- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use across the HR department

- Analyse data to produce HR reports with insight into key data points, and communicate results to HR leadership

### System Administration and Integrations

- Oversee the daily operation and improvement of UKG

- Manage and maintain UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems

- Collaborate with IT on connections to Active Directory, the ATS, and other business systems

### Business Cycle and User Support

- Help deploy HRIS module activities for system upgrades and other business cycle activities

- Support managers and staff with login issues, data maintenance, and system functionality

- Design manuals and document procedures related to UKG

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an HRIS Manager using UKG

- Advanced Excel skills

- Hands-on experience with HR database administration

- Analytical skills

- BA/BS with 5 years of experience in a related area
