## Description

We are seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to participate in the day-to-day activities of the Capital Markets division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

**Accountabilities:**

- Execute small research projects and prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings

- Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for capital markets

- Advise a broad range of corporate clients to deliver holistic, structured solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for capital markets

- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support to clients and customers

- Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision making in Capital Markets

**Analyst Expectations:**

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement

- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise

- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources

- Develop technical expertise in work area, acting as an advisor where appropriate

- Partner with other functions and business areas

- Take responsibility for end results of a team's operational processing and activities

- Escalate breaches of policies/procedure appropriately

- Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to

**Requirements:**

- Fluent in English and German

- Penultimate or final year of degree in any discipline

- Keen interest in business and finance, and a curiosity to learn

- Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
