## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Flowerdown retail park in Weston Super Mare, Somerset. You will be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and enhancing the customer experience using digital tools.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Schedule:

- Monday: 18:00 to 22:00

- Friday: 18:00 to 22:00

- Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00

- Potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
