## Description

The Sales Dev AI Programs Team at Databricks works closely with Sales Development and Sales leadership to create a top-of-funnel engine. You will own outcomes, inspection, metric design, measurement and reporting, governance, benchmarking, enablement, content strategy, and change management for an AI-first prospecting program.

Responsibilities:

- Design and run the operating mechanisms for the Scaled AI program

- Deliver day-to-day program management with exceptional rigor

- Partner across AI Ops, Strategy Ops, Sales Programs, Marketing Ops, Enablement, GTM Analytics, and external technology partners

- Drive adoption, close the loop on user signals, and continuously raise the bar on program performance

Requirements:

- AI fluency is non-negotiable

- Strong preference for a 'built something where there wasn't anything' background

- Exceptional attention to detail & data-integrity instinct

- Program ownership orientation

- Strategic mind for high-volume prospecting

- Comfort with ambiguity

- Strong technical depth including SQL, comfort with newer data tools, and willingness to learn fast
