You know the Red Bull target group inside out and are responsible for building up the brand and conveying the functionality of our product. This will be done on your own university or college in your region. The goal of the Student Marketeer programme is to reach new consumers, make students enthusiastic, and ensure good visibility of the Red Bull brand on universities and colleges. To this end, you will have direct contact with the consumer and customer and invite them to try the product. Last but not least, shine during Red Bull events to create an unforgettable brand experience. As a Student Marketeer, you prefer flexibility over a 9-to-5 job and work well in a creative and sparkling working environment. Responsibilities - Become a brand and product ambassador You will be someone who enthusiastically represents the Red Bull brand during daily interactions with potential consumers or customers. Why? You want to increase the number of people who want to try Red Bull by introducing them to the brand in a positive way. This is achieved through sampling products at the right time and in the right place, and answering consumer questions. You wouldn't be a true ambassador of our brand if you didn't also plan to introduce students to the Red Bull world in innovative ways. You enjoy building and maintaining relationships. You easily enter and exit universities and colleges without leaving the Red Bull brand alive. But you won't miss out on a Red Bull event, whether as a visitor or colleague, when you get to perform exciting tasks (such as hospitality or sampling tasks at Red Bull Soundclash). - Perfect execution As a Student Marketeer, you will ensure perfect execution, share your ideas, and work together with the team during office, regional, or online meetings. You will organize and report on your activities through a designated online platform. Here, organization, logistics, and execution come together. In addition, you will also focus on sharing the latest insights, trends, and opportunities that arise in the market with your colleagues if they could be beneficial for the growth of Red Bull. - Become a sales expert You will strive for the title of 'expert' in sales. You will build relationships with local account managers and ensure good availability and visibility of Red Bull at various sales points. You will work with the sales department to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university or college and beyond. To keep Red Bull top of mind among your established network, you will support sales with relevant Red Bull materials. Finally, you will ensure perfect execution in stores.
