The Data department oversees all of Agoda's data-related requirements, enabling and increasing the use of data in the company through creative approaches and powerful resources.

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will design and develop data and BI solutions that drive Agoda's analytics capabilities. You will collaborate with diverse functional teams to ensure data and solutions meet business analytic needs.

In this role, you'll get to:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their data and reporting requirements

- Partner with engineering teams to ensure critical data from Agoda's products and applications is accurately captured and maintained

- Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making

- Implement and uphold data quality processes to ensure information accuracy and availability

- Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and participate in key projects

To succeed, you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field

- Fresh graduates welcome, preferably with less than 2 years of experience

- Proficiency in basic SQL and ability to write queries and work with large datasets

- Effective English communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

It's great if you have:

- Experience or knowledge in Business Intelligence, data warehouse concepts, or familiarity with tools like Tableau, Metabase, SQL Server, Vertica, Hadoop, or MSDT

- Skills in Python programming for advanced data analysis and automation tasks
