## Description

Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist at St. Mary's Adult, located at 5101 Greenwood Ave, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407. You will use evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives, focusing on evaluating and treating dysphagia, speech-language disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders.

**Your Responsibilities as a Speech-Language Pathologist**

- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients, aiming to restore their previous level of functioning and enable a successful return to their community.

- Develop timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.

- Foster positive connections with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.

- Build and maintain relationships within the community.

**Qualifications**

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

- State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.

- Basic Life Support Certification.

**Compensation & Bonus Structure**

- Base salary: $48-$58/hour, depending on experience and market factors.
