## Description

The Senior Finance Manager, Product & Client Engagement, is a key member of the Insurance Finance Decision Support team and serves as a strategic finance partner to Product and Client Engagement leadership.

The role provides financial insight, challenge, and decision support to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Finance Decision Support team

- Serve as the primary Finance Decision Support partner to Product and Client Engagement leadership

- Develop a deep understanding of product, client, and commercial economics

- Provide leadership and analytical support for the annual strategic business plan, forecasts, budget, and other key planning processes

- Partner with Product and Client Engagement leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, pricing, and commercial initiatives

- Analyze revenue, product, client, and profitability performance

- Translate financial, operational, and commercial performance into clear insights and recommendations

- Build and maintain financial models

- Proactively identify emerging performance issues

- Develop and implement financial reporting and process improvements

- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, data, and processes

- Communicate complex financial and operational information clearly and concisely

- Influence and mentor Finance team members

Requirements:

- 7+ years of relevant finance experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

- Strong financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and analytical capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with and influence senior business leaders

- Strong executive communication skills

- Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning and reporting systems

- Strong understanding of financial systems

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Benefits:

- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300

- Geographic differentials may apply

- Eligible for an annual incentive bonus
