## Description

Flexport IT is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Identity & Access) to design, implement, and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. As our resident Okta expert and high-level IT generalist, you will oversee our SaaS ecosystem and endpoint management infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain IAM platforms

- Administer Okta, directory services, MFA, and password management

- Manage core collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira

- Oversee global Mac and Windows device management using Jamf and Intune

- Build automated workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning

- Establish role-based access control and entitlement reviews

- Lead SSO integration for new SaaS applications

- Collaborate with the Security team to embed security best practices

- Author technical procedures, roadmaps, and compliance policies

- Provide high-tier technical leadership and escalation support

Requirements:

- 5+ years of IAM systems engineering experience

- Deep Okta expertise

- Strong knowledge of IAM standards like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and LDAP

- Experience with scripting and Okta Workflows

- Proven track record managing Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf, and Intune

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Compliance-first attitude

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

The US base salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 USD.
