## Description

As a Store Manager with Morrisons in Fife & Tayside, you will lead a team of up to 350 colleagues, driving business performance and delivering a welcoming shopping experience every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting the culture: creating an inclusive, high-performing environment where colleagues feel supported, valued, and listened to

- Leading from the front: spending time on the shop floor and across Market Street, coaching your team, keeping standards high, and making sure Morrisons' foodmaker credentials shine

- Developing future talent: building a strong succession plan by coaching, mentoring, and developing your management team

- Driving sales and standards: keeping your store safe, legal, and clean while analysing commercial data to spot opportunities and manage costs

- Connecting with the community: partnering with your local area, empowering Community Champions, and tailoring your store to make good things happen locally

To be successful in this role, you will need:
