As a Senior CRM Executive, you will join our New Markets team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with the CRM Manager to design, deliver, and optimise CRM programmes that engage, inspire, and retain customers across our Irish, Australian, and US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop customer engagement and retention strategies

- Support the delivery of CRM activity across multiple channels

- Design, update, and implement customer journeys

- Use market research and competitor analysis to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team

- Partner with analytics teams to develop customer segmentation

- Build and evaluate campaign measurement frameworks

- Work closely with the UK and Greetz CRM teams to identify and scale successful initiatives

About You:

- Previous experience working in CRM

- Passion for creating engaging customer experiences

- Ability to use customer insights and external trends to identify opportunities

- Strong curiosity about customer behaviour

- Collaborative approach with experience working effectively across diverse teams

- Experience using CRM platforms and Email Service Providers

- Experience using reporting and analytics platforms
