## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work part-time, Sunday to Saturday, from 17:30 to 21:30, with potential to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell our newest food products, and ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Being flexible and adaptable to changing demands

Requirements:
