We're seeking a skilled Kfz-Mechatroniker/Schwerpunkt Diagnose-Spezialist to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Augsburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing complex functional disorders and optimizing diagnostic/reparation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repairing complex functional disorders and optimising diagnostic/reparation processes

- Developing alternative diagnostic methods when standard procedures don't yield results

- Diagnosing in areas such as motor mechanics, electrical systems, energy/start systems, motor management system (DME), transmission systems, chassis and brake systems, hybrid and BEV

- Opening/Extending workshop orders

- Requesting spare parts

- Explaining technology and diagnosis to customers

- Informing colleagues about new developments and best practices

- Utilising all Porsche systems (e.g. PIWIS, etc.)

Requirements:

- Completion of a vocational training in vehicle technology

- Relevant work experience in the automotive industry or customer service

- Experience in diagnosing electrical and electronic components and PHEV/BEV

- In-depth knowledge of vehicle electronics and data bus systems

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- Valid driving license (B)
