As a Claims Technician, also known as Adjusting Executive, you'll be a technical assistant supporting the Loss Adjuster throughout the handling of claims. You'll be the first point of contact, guiding customers through the claims process.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Deciphering details and recommending settlements

- Collaborating with contractors to get things fixed

- Providing clear communication to customers and stakeholders
