As a Logistics Team Leader at Coolblue, you will lead a dynamic team that ensures exceptional customer service every day.

You will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless deliveries and installations according to Coolblue's standards, making customers smile!

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing daily operations to achieve common goals

- Optimising team performance, setting objectives, and improving processes

- Collaborating with fellow team leaders to enhance operational procedures

- Achieving productivity targets and motivating team members

- Guiding and coaching team members for growth and development

- Working with the planner to optimise team allocation

Qualifications:

- Minimum secondary technical education diploma in logistics or equivalent experience

- Fluency in French and Dutch (B2 level)

- 2-5 years of team management experience

- Experience in conducting performance interviews, recruitment, and absence management

- Flexibility to work Monday-Saturday, 6am-9pm

- Attention to detail and continuous process improvement

- Practical problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills

- Team-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement
