## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end solution design across all changes

- Deliver solutions in line with global patterns and strategies

- Align business requirements to technology solutions, architecture direction, and roadmap

- Provide consistent end-to-end solution designs that deliver expected business outcomes, satisfy regulatory requirements, and mitigate operational risks

- Provide architectural management across a portfolio of change

- Define, maintain, and own the architecture for the respective Value Stream

- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture, group standards, and policies

- Provide clear guidance and direction to Value Stream leads

- Communicate architecture direction and roadmap to the Value Stream

- Work across Value Streams and Sub-Value Streams to identify and manage dependencies

- Minimize technology debts and ensure clear communication to stakeholders

- Clearly document all risks, issues, dependencies, and communicate effectively

Requirements:

- Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS and GCP preferred)

- Ability to understand business issues and devise solutions that deliver results

- Strong leadership skills, team-builder, and influencer

- Experience architecting in DevOps and agile environments

- Gravitas and ability to interact with and advise senior executives

- Mentor and coach less experienced members of staff

- Build strong relationships with engineering and operations teams

- Design for resilience and apply architectural risk management techniques

- Design solutions that balance flexibility and affordability without compromising architectural integrity
