## Description

As a Senior Product Owner for DevOps and DevCMO Performance, you will lead the vision and delivery of digital products that improve operational performance and decision-making across development and manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including leaders in Development Operations, DevCMO, and Technology to transform complex challenges into clear, impactful solutions.

The role offers a chance to grow as a product leader, make visible enterprise impact, and contribute to GSK's mission of uniting science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together.

**Responsibilities:**

- Own and continuously refine the product vision and roadmap for performance and operational intelligence tools across Development Operations and DevCMO, balancing short- and long-term goals.

- Translate business and operational priorities into a clear, prioritized backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Lead agile delivery teams involving engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable outcomes.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Development Operations, DevCMO, Technology, and senior leadership, aligning priorities around a shared product direction.

- Deliver intuitive dashboards and tools that provide actionable insights, enhance operational predictability, and support better decision-making.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline such as engineering, computer science, life sciences, or product management.

- Significant experience in product ownership or product management, with proven ability to manage a product lifecycle from concept to adoption.

- Demonstrated leadership of agile delivery teams, acting as the voice of the customer and managing prioritized backlogs.

- Experience with data, analytics, or reporting solutions and translating these into clear product decisions.

- Experience delivering products in regulated environments with understanding of quality, validation, and compliance requirements.
