## Description

Ajax Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Fire and Life Safety products in the UAE region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar industry, with a strong technical knowledge of fire systems and sales experience in the UAE region.

Key responsibilities include:

- Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a quarterly and annual basis

- Developing and implementing a strategic business development plan in the UAE

- Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners across the region

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Required skills include:

- 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry

- Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai

- Strong technical knowledge of fire systems

- Proven track record of being involved in the entire sales process

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security

- Conversational English and Arabic required
