## Description

Shield AI is seeking a Revenue Manager - EMEAs to join its growing Accounting team.

As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for the entire revenue recognition process, from contract review to monthly transacting, while developing cross-functional relationships with legal, business development, and program finance.

## Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead in the preparation, review, and approval of customer contracts, ensuring appropriate recognition in accordance with ASC 606.

- Own and evolve ASC 606 revenue policies, including SSP analyses and allocations.

- Serve as one of the company's subject matter experts on ASC 606, owning the end-to-end revenue accounting process.

- Lead in the preparation of Technical Revenue Accounting ad hoc projects.

- Streamline non-standard contract workflows with Legal and Deal Desk.

- Support internal and external audits.

## Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical revenue accounting under ASC 606/IFRS 15.

- Deep understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes.

- Experience with revenue recognition and OTC systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- Experience working in public and private accounting.

- Experience with international expansions.

- Public company experience.
