## Description

Howden is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer, configure, and maintain Workday and support HR technology.

The successful incumbent will have prior experience of embedding Workday, working in fast-paced, highly commercial and entrepreneurial environments, and delivering wider HR strategic initiatives and priorities.

Key accountabilities include:

- Managing and maintaining Workday module configurations

- Acting as a functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting end-users with their requests

- Partnering with the HR Team to analyse, develop, implement, and support allocated HR projects and changes

- Supporting automation and process improvements across all HR Systems

- Facilitating cross-functional team discussions and decision-making

- Analysing and prioritising requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives

- Developing clear and concise requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications

- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality

- Coordinating and managing configuration changes

- Staying updated with the latest Workday releases and features

- Supporting integration with key business systems

- Addressing complex and ambiguous issues and requests

- Performing detailed manipulation of complex data

- Leading with best practices and modern trends or approaches

- Maintaining employee guidance and supporting training and engagement

- Providing support for ad hoc projects

- Ensuring compliance and confidentiality needs are met

- Supporting and mentoring HRIS analysts

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM

- Good knowledge of Recruiting and other Workday modules

- Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products

- An inquisitive and challenging mind

- Excellent operational skills

- Excellent HR experience and knowledge

- Client-focused approach

- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities

- Takes personal responsibility to deliver results

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
