The Porsche Centre Siegen sells Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands. Our goal is to continue this success and provide optimal customer service. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as Parts Service Assistant.

As a Parts Service Assistant, you will be the link between the workshop and service. You will contribute to ensuring an optimal parts and accessories supply for customer satisfaction and optimal exploitation of market potential in service. You will take customer requests and inquiries, check availability and delivery times.

Your tasks:

- Determine and order replacement parts from electronic and printed catalogues

- Receive, order and book customer orders

- Commission parts to process workshop orders

- Issue goods to the workshop

- Accompany internal actions to optimise and update inventory levels

- Constantly monitor inventory levels and process stock differences with reporting

- Process backlogs

- Receive and control deliveries and store them in predetermined storage locations

- Activities to ensure smooth operation in the parts warehouse and customer supply

Requirements:

- Completed training

- Very good manners and a confident appearance

- Pronounced communication and teamwork skills

- High sense of responsibility and organisational ability

- Enthusiasm for the Porsche brand

- Flexibility and high self-motivation

- Team ability

- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
