## Description

As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Den Bosch store, you will provide expert product advice to customers and lead a team by example.

Your responsibilities include:

- Providing guidance and support to colleagues on the shop floor

- Acting as a point of contact for colleagues and handling complex customer queries

- Training, supervising, coaching, and mentoring colleagues

- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve the store and sharing ideas with the Store Manager

In return, you will receive:

- A salary between €2,891 and €3,091 per month (based on 40 hours)

- A monthly allowance of approximately €150 gross

- Flexible scheduling with a large degree of autonomy
