As a Primary Care Sales Consultant Cardiorenal/Endocrinology, you will implement sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product and drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

- Building professional relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff

- Driving demand, clinical education, and sales through strategic business planning

- Leveraging expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplaces to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges

- Providing input to commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning

- Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understanding customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience

- A proven track record of consistent high performance in sales

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance

- A valid driver's license and clean driving record

In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect:

- A salary between $124,000 and $185,500

- Additional compensation, such as a bonus or commission
