## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Business Strategy and Solutions to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Manager, Business Strategy and Solutions, you will support the Director and/or Senior Manager of the team to identify product gaps and discover new market spaces, assess their potential value to the company, generate new product ideas, craft and test initial designs, formulate holistic new business strategies and propositions, and pitch to senior management and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Identify product gaps and discover new market spaces, generate new product ideas, formulate holistic new business strategies and propositions with an aim to drive innovation and business impacts

- Support strategic and ad hoc projects, including regulatory industry consultation and channel initiatives

- Deliver high-quality business/financial analyses for management decision-making, prepare presentation materials for management updates, present to senior stakeholders

- Partner closely with various departments and teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution across functions

Requirements:

- University graduate majoring in business, insurance or related curriculum

- At least 7 years of business development working experience related to local HK insurance with minimum 2 years at supervisory level

- Strong business and financial acumen with proven analytic and problem-solving capabilities

- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

- Solid understanding of Hong Kong life insurance products and market dynamics; frontline exposure is an advantage
