## Description

We are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our team in Hong Kong, SAR, China. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing regular visual inspections on HVAC, Plumbing and drainage, Lift, Fire Services, and the electrical and ELV systems.

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular visual inspection on HVAC, Plumbing and drainage, Lift, Fire Services, and the electrical and ELV systems

- Maintain records of incidents of malfunction

- Report faults to Technical Manager/Engineers and arrange repairs and maintenance as appropriate

- Complete all maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan and submit the maintenance checklist on time

- Attend / monitor contractor’s works assigned by Engineers

- Carry out safety precautions at all times

- Perform other technical tasks as assigned

- Travel to work in various locations across Hong Kong

- Work shift duty from Monday to Saturday
