## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Silverlink Newcastle store. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours during the Christmas period, with shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 06:00-10:00. During peak periods in December, you may be required to work up to full-time hours.

In this role, you will be at the frontline of our retail operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for:

- Delivering five-star service to customers at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment, and supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment, and working across various areas of the store
