TaskUs is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will deliver world-class service, research and respond to inquiries, navigate internal documentation, identify and escalate issues, and strive for high-standard customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Research and provide accurate responses to inquiries

- Familiar with customer support software, including Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools

- Fluent in English

- High school graduate
