## Description

We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Concepción, Chile. As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you will support the Field Marketing Manager in building Red Bull's local presence, aligned with global and national strategies. You will develop networks with opinion leaders and influencers, both online and offline, and contribute to implementing initiatives across Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement field marketing strategy with the Field Marketing Manager, adapting programs to build brand image and understanding at a local level.

- Execute relevant activations to drive and increase relevance during key consumption moments.

- Define objectives with CCM/CCS and FMM to attract new consumers in university environments.

- Ensure sales support, visibility, and distribution in campuses and surrounding areas.

- Develop relevant initiatives and use reports to optimize focus and results.

- Select and guide Student Marketeers to integrate Red Bull authentically into student life.

- Establish goals and balance for sampling programs to increase trial and expand consumer base.

- Train teams to generate effective ideas and executions.

- Use tracking tools to improve segmentation and performance.

- Support FMM in executing national and regional sports programs.

- Activate key sports scenes and build relationships with local leaders.

- Implement regional cultural plans, strengthening presence in music and local culture.

- Ensure relevant product use in cultural environments and reinforce existing properties.

- Support FMM in creating and executing events and activations, ensuring consistency with brand values.

- Develop and execute local ideas that complement global/national initiatives.

- Identify 360-degree opportunities with sales, marketing, and Media House.

- Create relevant local experiences and content for different consumption moments.
