As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll be responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through call centre and online platforms.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales targets

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

- Convert leads to sales through telemarketing activities

- Ensure call activities adhere to regulations and quality standards

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 'O' Level qualification

- 2-5 years of outbound call centre or telemarketing experience in the financial industry

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- BCP, PGI, HI certification (not mandatory)
