## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our international team in Frankfurt, focusing on financial regulatory law. As part of our team, you will advise clients on various issues related to digitalisation and technological advancements in the financial sector, complex M&A transactions, and restructurings in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice to clients on financial regulatory law, including digitalisation and technological advancements

- Work closely with clients, including global banks, asset managers, FinTechs, and neo-brokers

- Conduct research and work directly on client projects, gaining insight into the daily work of our lawyers

Requirements:

- Completed first state examination in law with above-average results

- Excellent English language skills
