## Description

We are seeking a Sales & Commercial Enablement Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our Business & Operations Strategy team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Sales and Account Management teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in training and development. You will work closely with directors and managers to identify critical training needs and develop effective education and development programs.

Key responsibilities:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Sales and Account Management teams

- Collaborate with directors and managers to identify training needs and develop effective programs

- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and measure program effectiveness

- Create and coordinate resources for ongoing training programs

- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members

- Utilize various teaching methods, including in-person and virtual learning

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a commercial role, including training and development

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Go-To-Market strategies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Solid interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with people at all levels

- Analytical and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

- Proficiency in French, with English or Italian being a plus

- Experience with learning management systems, such as Showpad or Seismic
