## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service and driving sales.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy.

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and working as a team.

- Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, including peak periods and Christmas trading.

**Work Pattern:** Week 1: Sunday 8:00 - 16:00, Tuesday 7:00 - 15:00, Wednesday 7:00 - 15:00 Week 2: Monday 7:00 - 15:00, Saturday 7:00-15:00

**Additional Information:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
