As a Teleconsultant at our Saint Herblain office, you will be part of a dynamic team of around 30 people in our National Customer Relations Centre. Your role will involve handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, responding to customer queries, and providing solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Handle between 50 to 70 calls per day

- Respond to customer queries or propose solutions based on internal processes

- Record calls in management tools with quality

- Redirect calls to the right person if necessary

- Add documents to claims files

Profile:

- Hold a minimum of a Baccalaureate or equivalent qualification

- Have at least 2 years of experience in call centres or telephone platforms

- Possess excellent communication skills, a sense of service, and teamwork abilities

- Demonstrate qualities such as rigour, empathy, dynamism, positivity, curiosity, and adaptability
