## Description

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Richmond Villages Wood Norton. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in creating a diverse range of dishes in our contemporary village restaurant, catering to various dietary needs and ensuring every meal is both nutritious and delicious.

The successful applicant will be open to new ideas, have an innovative yet organised approach to cooking, always adhering to high standards and remaining calm during a busy service. You enjoy working with others, working together to create and deliver an excellent dining experience at each mealtime.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards

- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent dining experiences

- Adhere to health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment

**Requirements:**

- Experience of working in a professional kitchen

- NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds and CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award or equivalent desirable

- Understanding of health and safety procedures

**Salary:** £14.65 per hour, paid breaks, and £1,000 welcome bonus

**Working Hours:** 40 hours per week across 4 days, with shifts between 9:00am and 7:00pm including every other weekend
