Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Responsibilities:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment and adapt to changing situations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive store environment and support colleagues

- Be flexible and adapt to different challenges

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Resilience and confidence in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

- Competitive pay rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 14:30-18:30

- Tuesday: 18:30-22:30

- Friday: 18:30-22:30

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
