## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader with an Investment Bank / Capital Markets Operations, Client Onboarding background to drive engagement and business success across our Counterparty Manager product suite.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end client onboarding and lifecycle processes, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence procedures.

**Responsibilities and Impact:**

- Lead and manage bank and buyside client relationships across Continental Europe and the Nordics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client requirements and drive sustainable business growth

- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the financial services sector

- Track revenue against forecasts to provide an accurate performance representation

- Utilize creative problem-solving skills and demonstrate agility to address client challenges

- Lead workshops to gather business requirements and collaborate with project and product development teams

**What We're Looking For:**

- 5-7 years of experience in client onboarding or client lifecycle roles within the financial services industry

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and client feedback

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to lead projects effectively and drive results in a collaborative environment

- Additional preferred qualifications include a growth mindset, creativity and agility, client-centric approach, and fluency in one of French, Spanish or Italian
