## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Development Representative at the Shanghai PUD Sub-branch. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Premier Acquisition strategies, acquiring new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads, and delivering high-quality service to our highest-value personal clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing strong working relationships with relevant business areas

- Delivering high-standard customer service to meet customer satisfaction

- Completing simple retail sales

- Acquiring new-to-bank customers

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- At least one year of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience

- Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, WEM products, mortgages, etc.

- Knowledge of the constantly changing laws and regulations governing banks and the finance industry

- Strong presentation and sales skills

- Objection-handling techniques and ability to work under pressure

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Customer service orientation
